Controller Repair Terms

Controller Repair Terms. Controllers will be repaired in the order that they are received. Special consideration will be given to system that are off the air. Notice by email is required when a controller is shipped for repair. If an email address is available, a message will be sent upon delivery of the controller. Once repaired, a check will be requested to cover the repair costs, return shipping, and insurance. Once the check is received, the controller will be shipped the next working day. An email will also be sent to confirm recept of the check and another when the controller ships along with any tracking numbers if applicable.

For part orders, parts will ship the next work day after payment is received. Email notice will be provided when the parts ship.

Please understand this is a weekend operation. With chores to do around the house, controller repair time becomes hard to find. I will make every effort to turn controllers around as soon as possible. THANKYOU!

PAYMENTS NOT RECEIVED 90 DAYS AFTER REQUESTED WILL RESULT IN EQUIPMENT FORFEITURE
