Controllers returned with problems with-in 30 days of repair will be re-evaluated at no charge. Problems found and determinded to have existed previous to the repair will be repaired at no charge. EPROMS, Voice Chips, Clock Chips, and Touch-Tone decoders are not covered under the repair warranty. Controllers returned and determined to be "NO FAULT FOUND" will be returned and charged only for shipping and insurance.
